It's been 10 years, and I somehow still have a backlog of tea to work through despite promising myself I won't buy any new teas until I've made a significant dent. In that time though, I'm proud to share that I reduced my tea filled drawer down to a humble box on a shelf, so progress has been made.
Progress has also slowed. Along the way, I got sucked into work and life and coffee so where I am now is pretty different from where I was at my last real post ("100th post") wrt scheduling posts into the future. It's Nov 8, 2024, and I just got done scheduling a block of posts thru Jan so I'm a bit behind where I used to be...but still on time. Even when priorities and circumstances shift, things will always happen when they need to.
In the years passed, I found a new home with a different culture, changed my whole career and achieved my dream job, turned my childhood bucket list vacation spot into a revisited comfort oasis, had some friends become lifelong pals while other came and went, traded rings with a gem, survived a global pandemic and drastic power shifts, appreciated and accepted the wabisabi in how people and things change and age, and experienced a bunch of life curveballs along the way.
My daily cuppa warm liquid has remained a constant during the time, and these posts serve as flavors of memories throughout.
To 10 more, let's keep sipping.
