100th post.

Hi, I love tea.

I started this blog with the goal of tasting all the teas I could get my hands on and writing superbly minimalist reviews on each of them since I'm not too into the idea of writing a poem of tasting notes on each tea (oh, yes, a hint of mint here...tastes like an aged wooden bench that had been sitting in a park field...an overwhelming aroma of peaches...).

I also didn't want to spam my readers, so I had a goal of trying one new tea a week and uploading only one new post a week, but soon, I found myself scheduling posts for the future. For instance, right now, as I am writing this 100th post, it is March 1, 2015. I'm in my junior year of college, and while I should be spending this time cramming for the exams I have this week and preparing for the group meetings I have today, I'm writing this. I hope the future me that is reading this post will be better about procrastinating as she will have graduated college and probably be working in the real world by now. (TO FUTURE ME: You go girl. Congratulations!) I also hope future me reading about those things that stressed me out in school will realize that those were small things to worry about, and will also realize that whatever may be stressing her out now will also seem small in the future. So, a message to everyone: don't stress so much and relax!

I've found that blogging into the future has been pretty fun, because I've gotten to associate certain teas and tastes with certain people (those who sipped with me or those who brought or mailed me tea) and certain events that were happening around me at that time.

I'm really happy to have been able to share them all with you. :)

To 100 more, let's keep sipping.
